Charis Kitchen & Bakery ("we", "us", "our") operates as a food preparation and delivery/pickup service in Lagos, Nigeria. Our services are limited to the areas and options indicated on this website.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices displayed on the website are in Nigerian Naira (₦), unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment may be required before an order is processed or dispatched.
  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where payment is not completed or where we suspect misuse.

3. Pickup & Delivery

We operate as a pickup & delivery–only kitchen with no dine-in service. Delivery is available only within specified coverage areas and time windows.

Our current focus is the Lagos Island axis (Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Ajah and nearby locations). Delivery to areas outside this coverage may not be available.

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and may vary due to traffic, weather or other factors. We will always aim to deliver as close as possible to the indicated time.

4. Cancellations & Changes

  • Order changes or cancellations should be requested as early as possible.
  • Once an order is in preparation or out for delivery, we may not be able to modify or cancel it.
  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed using the original method of payment.

5. Allergies & Dietary Information

While we take care in our preparation, our kitchen handles common allergens (such as nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, seafood, etc.). If you have specific allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us clearly before placing an order.

  • You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation.
