Orders & menu

How do I place an order?
Browse the menu, add meals to your cart, then go to the order page to enter your details and confirm. You can also send your order via WhatsApp using the quick link on the order status page.
Can I change my order after placing it?
If the kitchen has not started preparing your order, we may still be able to adjust it. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone with your order reference.
Do you handle special requests or allergies?
You can add notes on the checkout form (for example, “less pepper” or “no onions”). For serious allergies, please contact us first so we can confirm if we can safely prepare the meal.

Delivery & pickup

Which areas do you deliver to?
We currently focus on the Lagos Island axis – including Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Ajah and nearby locations. Delivery to other areas may not always be available.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location, order size and traffic. We’ll always aim to deliver as close as possible to the indicated time and will contact you if there are any major delays.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. You can select pickup during checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready, and you can collect it from our Lekki Phase 1 kitchen.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely online via Paystack using your debit/credit card or supported bank channels. In some cases, we may also accept cash on delivery or transfer – please confirm with the team.
I paid online but didn’t see a confirmation. What should I do?
Don’t worry. Note your order reference and contact us via WhatsApp or phone. We’ll check the payment status and update your order in our system.

Accounts, data & communication

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place orders as a guest using your name, phone number and delivery address. We may add account features in the future to make re-ordering even easier.
How do you use my contact details?
We use your details mainly to process your order, deliver your meals and contact you if there is any issue. Occasionally we may share updates or offers; you can ask us to stop at any time. For full details, please see our Privacy Policy.
