Delivery Policy

This Delivery Policy explains how delivery and pickup work for orders placed with Charis Kitchen & Bakery.

1. Service areas

Our primary delivery coverage is the Lagos Island axis, including Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Ajah and nearby locations. Delivery outside these areas may not be available or may require special arrangements.

2. Delivery times

  • Estimated delivery windows are provided during ordering or confirmation.
  • Actual delivery times may vary due to traffic, weather, kitchen capacity and other factors.
  • We will always aim to deliver as close as possible to the indicated time.

3. Delivery fees

  • Delivery fees may vary by location, order size or time period.
  • Any applicable delivery fee will be shown or confirmed before your order is finalised.

4. Pickup orders

  • Pickup is available from our Lekki Phase 1 kitchen during opening hours.
  • You will receive pickup details and timing once your order is confirmed.

5. Access & contact

  • Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that a contact phone number is available.
  • If we are unable to reach you or access the delivery location, your order may be returned to the kitchen.

6. Order accuracy

Please check your order on delivery or pickup. If there is any issue with the items received, kindly contact us promptly so we can review and address the situation.
